I bought these because I wanted some walking shoes that didn't look frumpy! I am so pleased with my purchase, they look great on and they are very comfortable (I didn't need to 'break them in'). They are true to size.
Fit perfect - look great, very flattering doesn't make you foot look big, really comfortable. Good sole for grip, I walk with my dog on variable surfaces, on roads, over fields. I love the colour with the purple sole. I have just ordered laces for them which are self tying as opposed to laces that they come with as that will make them easier for putting on and taking off. Purchased as just diagnosed with arthritis. Wouldn't normally wear this style, but they seem to relieve the pain, so can recommend under same circumstances.
Without half sizes the fit is too big. When one wears short socks for extra warmth, it slips off as one walks. Without an extra sock (in this cold weather!) it slips all the time so it needs an elastic band on top.

Beautiful classic shoe. Lovely fit, no pinching. I am a size 8 shoe with a moderately wide foot and these shoes are great so I have ordered another two pairs in different colours. The strap (which you don't need to undo to put the shoe on), makes the foot look smaller also. Great for work and going out - I love them ??????????

The bag is perfect size and shape for my sports shoes. It looks good and has a comfortable handle. I am not sure if its quality is very good though, because when the produce was delivered, it was folded and there were already a couple of callosities in places where the bag was bent. But for me it is still ok for the price and it fits its purpose well.

She was constantly doing something with her feet in class which was stripping the leather from the toes, it didn't matter where we brought them from (tired cheap and expensive shops) she would come home within a day or two of wearing them and the toes would be missing leather. Brought these as a last resort and she has now successfully worn them for over a month and there is no leather missing!! The rubber toe has really worked in keeping her shoes wearable and has saved us alot o and fungal infections. No microbes = no problems.

Love this style of vans. Very comfortable, didn't rub like some new shoes do. Only problem is where your toes bend when you step the gum part that goes around the shoe has started to come away. Other than that I woolrich damen qual weight to the progression of the history of footwear itself (construction, materials, innovations, styles) as she does to recurring iconic styles and innovations/innovators. She even approaches some footwear topics from a sociological perspective, like the phenomenon of concealed shoes within the walls of architecture from prior centuries.I find the chapter sections on footwear trends and designers of the 1990s and 2000s to be of particular note, because most other books of this ilk were published IN those years, so they stop with 1980s footwear trends. This book actually addresses topics like the influence of the Spice Girls on the return of the platform, and the influence of sports celebrity branding on the athletic shoe industry (i.e., Air Jordans). The main beef i have with the book, really, is that the author makes no mention of some of the most innovative and influential brands and designers from that period--no John Fluevog, no Luichiny, no Irregular Choice. But, that's a small quibble in the scheme of things.Ultimately, this is an exciting new book on a subject I adore, and i highly recommend it.
